April 4, 2006 Ebayer Bikinico has purchased the most amazing outfit that Britney has parted with so far. She wore this outfit while on stage performing Slave 4 U in 2001, with the snake. She originally auctioned it off June, 2003 in her charity auction hosted by gottahaveit.com.
If you have purchased celebrity worn items from an ebayer, they might not be what they seller claims they are! My goal is to rid the marketplace of these frauds, and if you are checking out this site, you are either the person who may have been scammed and are now thanking me for the knowledge, or one of the sellers who is starting to realize that their days of doing this are numbered.

Hi. Something is not right with these auctions. For sure it is Cindy Blais aka 2005_cin, jovovichm .sienna_rose111 This is her newest ebay id after being suspended twice. Take a look at her previous id on sienna_rose111, It was officialcharityfromcelebs and for some reason she changed it 4 days ago. That item is legit, but I am not so sure she has it. Beware, she is not accepting Paypal (prob because she has been suspended twice now) and that would sure be a great new scam. If you were to mail her a cheque , you run the risk of never seeing your money, or the item! It is my understanding that Nick Sarno, aka Celebpics28 owned this Crossroads item as well as the other items she has up for auction, and they had a previous problem (see the celebpics28 page on this site) So if I were you, I would avoid this seller at all costs. It doesn't help her case any that she has made all of her auctions private either. We emailed her for an explanation, and Cindy, when you read this posting (as I know you will) please explain what is going on, and how you came into posession of these items. Thanks, BSA
       
Someone on the comment box also claimed to own the Orange top that Cindy is auctioning off!! Whoever that is, If you send us proof that you own it, we would love to publish that.
April 10, 2006, Ebayer star*essentials is back and once again listing fake celebrity worn items. Currently listed are a pair of sweat pants they claim Britney wore, and then signed, while she was pregnant, and either gave to them or celebpics28. If you remember, star*essentials is the same ebayer who bought the nude, replica, VMA striptease outfit and resold it as authentic using another ebay name! In fact, they are the reason this entire website was created to begin with. They are claiming they bought these from ebayer celebpics28. Well that is really credible. LOL. They have also listed a few other celeb worn items. Save your money.

Ebayer stargodz has listed a top that they claim was donated by Britney Spears from her personal wardrobe to a charity auction to benefit the victims of Hurricane Katrina. They also state that it includes a Certificate of Authenticity from the auction house from which it was purchased, and is also hand signed by Britney Spears!
Britney did not auction this top off in her Bargainland auction! Nor, did she sign any of those items, with the exception of a playing card.
This seller, is not even posting a picture of the COA. DO NOT BID !! 100% FAKE!
A few months ago, this same seller sold a pair of thong underwear that they claimed was owned and signed by Britney. That was FAKE too. Click the photo to view the auction.

Ebayer jovovichm is selling a camo cheeky hat that they claim they bought at a charity auction, Sure. 100% fake! This is not the same hat that Jessica is wearing in the photo! In fact this user used to be 2005_cin. Her name is Cindy and she resides in Toronto, Canada. Her ebey account was suspended (see below), but I guess she is back at it again, selling fake celeb items with a new account! Click on the photo to view the auction.

Monday, January 09, 2006 Yes, you might remember this ebayer from before. BritneySpearsAuction, helped 2005_cin retrieve her money when she was scammed by another ebayer
celebpics28 (private) (see the celebpics28 page on our site for the full story) In return, she decided to do the ultimate Britney Spears fraud by listing the following two items up for auction on Ebay.
What was really bothersome about her auctions was that she listed COA's that looked nearly identical to the ones that the Britney Spears Foundation mailed out to all winners of Britney's Bargainland-Liquidation charity auction. However, BritneySpearsAuction had a bad feeling about her auctions.
 
We confronted her about her auctions. 2005_cin ( 19) admitted to not ever purchasing an item from Bargainland, and was now claiming that she obtained these items two years ago through Ubid.com. Not possible. Britney, did not ever auction these items off, and a Ubid.com COA does not look like the ones she presented on her auction listing.
Ebayer 2005_cin even emailed us with what was written word for word on her COA's, (after we asked for it), as it came out a little blurry on her listings. Once she did that, we emailed that contact and informed them of our suspicions. It has taken a few days to make a posting on this site regarding this issue, as we have been in contact with the person who's name was forged at the top left hand corner of the COA's on the fake listings (pictured above). This person owns a reputable memorabilia company, and admitted to emailing a scan of the COA's she authentically purchased through Britney's auction, directly to ebayer 2005_cin, as 2005_cin was claiming to want to purchase these items from this reputable company and requested it.
What this company did not expect, was for her to turn around and forge their name and reputation to fake items! She even duplicated John's signature from the Britney Spears Foundation and the Britney Spears Foundation logo!.
This is ultimate forgery, 100% illegal, and it shows the lengths, fakers will go to make money on Britney's items. This company has informed us that they have reported her to ebay as well as the Britney Spears Foundation. In fact, she should be reported to the police by the winning bidder hannah.kayleigh(private) who was ulimately scammed out of $900!
celebpics28(private) This is the hummer that he bought with all of the money he scammed from people!!!

On a daily basis, sellers on ebay list items for sale, claiming they were once owned, signed or worn by Britney Spears. And every day people believe it, as they shell out their money to these sellers who have made a career out of auctioning off these items.

| How to tell if you have been sold an item that is fake
1. Look at your own feedback. In the right hand column there is an item number. If the word "private" is there instead of an item number (like most of your items should have) odds are that that item is fake.
2. Next check the feedback of that seller who sold you that private item. If their feedback is private, that's not a good sign either. If it is not private,click on the "feedback left by buyers" This will display all of the comments left by people who bought items from that seller. Now, once again, check the right hand column. If there are numerous "private" item numbers, chances are this seller is up to no good.
3. Now check the items for sale by that seller. If that seller has listed many items for sale that are allegedly worn by celebrities, you must question this person's activities.
4. Go one step further and check that sellers completed listings. Here you will see a list of all of that sellers items that were recently sold.
5. Do not think they are a reputible seller based on their feedback. A professional will have great feedback, as they are so good at what they do that the average person will not know what they are up to. And an authentic seller could have many negatives, such as, Bargainland who auctioned off 800 authentic Britney items and they have hundreds of negative feedback, and they don't hide their feedback.
6. The COA or LOA. Do not think that a certificate of Authenticity makes your item authentic. It is just as important to question the authenticity of the certificate, as this is a common practice used among the fraudsters. as they manufacture their own COA's and companies that don't exist.
7. Please remember to share your story with us so we can post it for others to see, as this is the only way we can bring these guys down. You can also create an about me page on your ebay for others to read. Ebay does not permit you to list the seller's name but you can *** part if it out and people will know who you are talking about. Plus, we will mention it here.
